(A,B) A total of 10 fmol of radiolabeled RNA from the 3′UTR of the predicted genes was used in each lane. For each RNA sample, recombinant GST-Pum proteins were added in three different amounts: 0 fmol, 50 fmol, and 150 fmol. Electrophoresis was carried out on a 5% native polyacrylamide gel at 150 V at room temperature.
