Determination of D9D8 as Ab2β by ELISA. Plates were coated with purified recombinant H protein (200 ng/well) and incubated with rat sera (pre-immune, ○; pre-boost, ▪ and post-boost, ▴) raised against purified Ab2 at different dilutions.
