Effects of IFN-β on intrasinusoidal haemostasis induced by Con A administration. Paraffin sections from the livers removed at 3 hr after Con A injection with pretreatment of saline (a) or IFN-β (b) were stained with haematoxylin & eosin (original magnification: ×400).
