Imaging neural population activity in sensory cortex of awake behaving mice. Ai) False color time-projection image of the 5 minute long time series (~150 µm deep); neurons were loaded with Calcium Green-AM (green channel) and were negative for the astrocytic marker SR101 (red channel).
