Control Hepa 1-6 cells and p53 KD cells were treated with TGF-β and harvested at the indicated time points for pSmad2 and Smad4 ChIP analyses. All data were normalized to input measurements and represent averages plus standard deviations (error bars) of triplicate determinations.
