TAZ stimulates cell proliferation. (A) TAZ promotes cell growth. Growth curves of MCF10A cells stably expressing pBabe-vector, -TAZ, and -TAZ4SA were determined. (B) TAZ increases the proliferation of MCF10A cells. A synchronized parental MCF10A and pBabe-vector, -TAZ, and -TAZ4SA overexpressing MCF10A cells were labeled with BrdU (15 μM for 30 min), followed by staining with anti-BrdU and propidium iodide for flow cytometric analysis.
