This table lists the 18 hypoxia inducible genes that were identified as being differentially regulated between the fracture calluses of HIF-1α+/+ and HIF-1α+/− mice. The gene names, accession numbers, symbols, and percent differences as given. Percent difference values of 0.00 indicate no difference, values > 0.00 indicate increased expression in HIF-1α+/+ samples, and values < 0.00 indicate increased expression in HIF-1α+/− samples.
