BM biopsies from patients with MM were stained with the polyclonal anti-HPSE Ab (4.5 μg/ml) as described in material and methods. Both HPSE-positive and HPSE-negative MMC were counted on each slide and results are expressed as the percentage of HPSE-positive MMC.
