I_late/I_peak at holding potentials of −80 and −40 mV was determined in HEK 293 cells transfected with the chimera Ch30. A, I_late/I_peak during 100 ms test pulses under control conditions and in the presence of 10⁻⁶ M (+)- or (−)-isradipine at HP −80 and −40 mV. The control columns represent the values before drug application in the same experiments.
