B, comparison of the various bump parameters (t1-t3 and Jmax) between WT (n = 7) and trpl (n = 9 photoreceptors). Each value is the mean and s.d. (across cells) of data measured in 7 WT photoreceptors or 9 trpl photoreceptors. Values in each cell are based on between 100 and 400 bumps. Only values for decay time t3 were significantly different (Student's t test, P < 0.05). All other values were statistically indistinguishable.
