Localization of NF-Y components in Nhtt150Q or Nhtt18Q–EGFP–NLS expressing Neuro2a cells. Neuro2a cells inducibly expressing Nhtt150Q–EGFP–NLS (A) or Nhtt18Q–EGFP–NLS (B) were transfected with expression vectors for NF-YA, NF-YB, NF-YC or LacZ tagged with V5. After 3 days, cells were fixed and stained with monoclonal anti-V5 antibody and Alexa 546-conjugated anti-mouse IgG. Nhtt proteins were detected as GFP fluorescence. Nuclei were detected with DAPI.
