BMP-4 mRNA detection using FISH probes in HDF cells. FISH analysis of BMP-4 mRNA in cells without (A) and with (B) viral infection induced upregulation. Only cells with GFP expression showed an increased fluorescence signal from BMP-4 FISH probe. Control cells without infection showed very low fluorescence signal level, consistent with the low endogenous expression level of BMP-4 in HDF.
