Effect of N-arachidonoyl-5-hydroxytryptamine (AA-5-HT, 2.5–15 mg kg−1, i.p.) on gastric emptying in C57Bl/6J mice fed for 14 weeks a standard diet or a high-fat diet (HFD). Results (mean±s.e.mean of 3–5 mice for each experimental group) are expressed as a percentage of gastric emptying (a) or as a percentage of inhibition of corresponding control values (b).
