Gastric muscle cells were incubated with submaximal concentrations of GSNO (10 μM) or ACh (0.1 μM) for 5 min in the absence or presence of 4-DAMP or GF-109203X (1 μM). Phosphorylation of CPI-17 at Thr³⁸ and PHI-1 at Thr⁵⁷ was measured using phospho-specific antibodies.
