(B) ChIP assays were performed on opsin promoters from Y79 cells and human retina using antibodies to Crx (lanes 2 and 8), Cbp (lane 3), Gcn5 (lane 4), AcH3 (lanes 5 and 9). Normal rabbit or mouse IgG served as negative controls (lanes 6 and 10), input (chromatin samples without immunoprecipitation) served as positive controls (lanes 1 and 7).
