A, Testicular proteins (100 μg) in lysates from male rats treated with a single oral dose of l-CDB-4022 (2.5 mg/kg) or vehicle (10% ethanol/sesame oil) at 45 d of age were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose membranes, and immunostained with actin, tyrosinated tubulin, FasL, and Fas antibodies.
