Levamisole-enhanced T cells response. Immature dendritic cells (DC) were stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (10 ng/ml) or levamisole (1 μM) for 48 h. Supernatants were analysed for (a) interferon-γ and (b) interleukin-5, produced by activated T cells after 2 days of co-culture with LPS or levamisole-treated DC.
