Nucleotide positions are given with reference to release 51 of the D. melanogaster genome sequence. For several lines, viability of the homozygous P-element lines was not determined because these lines are lethal over the ciD fourth chromosome balancer; thus, they are maintained as the segregating population that resulted after the screen, and it is unknown if they are homozygous viable. NA, not applicable; ND, not determined.
These lines were established from siblings in both cases and most likely represent a single P-element-induced recombination event.
Due to its position within a 1360 element, the exact position of this insertion on the fourth chromosome is unknown.
