B, the normalized currents were plotted against GABA concentration. The continuous lines are least-squares fits of the data points to eqn (1). Note that after a saturating UV exposure, diazepam still shifted the GABA dose-response curve to the left (∼2.3 fold). This is similar to the 2.5-fold shift by the same diazepam concentration without UV (Ghansah & Weiss, 1999).
