Ghrelin (1.2 and 12 nmol kg⁻¹ h⁻¹) was infused from 45 to 150 min and CCK-8 (400 pmol kg⁻¹ h⁻¹) from 60 to 150 min. The protein content of pancreatic secretion was measured at 15 min intervals. Data are expressed as means ± s.e.m. For each group, n = 6 (two-way ANOVA, P < 0.01).
