Dose-related antagonism of N2O-induced antinociception by TRIM. Different groups of mice received i.PAG microinjection of TRIM or vehicle 30 min prior to being assessed for antinociceptive responsiveness to 70% N2O in the abdominal constriction test. The height of each bar indicates the mean percent antinociceptive response ± s.e.m. of 8−12 mice per group.
