The rat DHODase activity was determined with 1 mM dihydroorotate and 0.1 mM Q_D. Dose response curves for inhibition were obtained by varying the drug concentrations from 20 nM up to 200 μM atovaquone. Results are means of three determinations and are given ± S.D.
