Aliquots of serum dilutions were reacted with membrane strips transferred with recombinant Ad Pb protein electrophoresed under native conditions (a) or a mixture of SDS-denatured hexon, Pb, and fiber proteins separated by conventional SDS-PAGE (b and c).
