Fast fluorescence induction parameters
Fast fluorescence induction parameters of curves in Figure 3. Leaf discs were incubated for 2 h under 150 μmol m−2 s−1 white light in distilled water (control), 1 mm GSNO, and 1 mm GSNO + 4 mg mL−1 Hb, then dark adapted for 15 min. Following this treatment, chlorophyll fluorescence of leaf discs was induced by 3 s of 130 μmol m−2 s−1 red light. The F0, FI-F0, and FP-F0 parameters are shown in arbitrary units. Values represent means ± sd (n = 5).
