A, time-to-peak values in the presence of l-NNA + indomethacin increased with duration of diabetes (⁺P = 0.0112, analysis for linear trend) but not with maturation, and differed significantly from age-matched controls after 18–20 weeks of STZ-induced diabetes (*P = 0.0127). B, duration of ACh-induced vasodilatation in the presence of l-NNA + indomethacin increased with duration of diabetes (⁺⁺P = 0.0076, analysis for linear trend), but not with maturation.
