Bradykinin (0.1 μm) was applied for 5 min in endothelium-intact strips treated with l-NNA from normotensive pregnant and pre-eclamptic women. Data show the concentration of a stable metabolite of prostacyclin, 6-keto-PGF, in the absence (□) and presence of bradykinin (▪).
