Box C/D and box H/ACA snoRNP proteins colocalize in nucleoplasmic foci. Mutant (rna14-1) cells expressing either Gar1p-GFP (A) or Tgs1-GFP (B) fusion proteins were grown in glucose medium at 23°C, and then they are shifted to 37°C for 1 h. The cells were further immunolabeled with anti-Nop1p antibody. Arrows point to the nucleolar body, and the contour of the nucleolus is outlined (white dashed line).
