Detection of pre-rRNA in cells depleted of Rrp6p and Rna14p or Rna15p. The indicated strains were grown at 23°C and incubated for 1 h at 37°C. Pre-rRNA was detected by FISH with a probe directed against ITS2 (red staining). Cells were double-labeled with anti-Nop1p antibody (green staining) or DAPI (blue staining).
