Three different chemistries with forward (M13 F) and reverse (M13 R) primers were used to sequence through an inverted repeat in pDONR221 vector only and in the vector containing a 630 bp insert. Other abbreviations are as in the description to Table 1. All sequencing reactions for this set were run on an ABI 3700 DNA sequencer.
