Single-channel currents among dSlo1A, dSlo1B, and their mutants. (A) The single-channel currents of dSlo1A and dSlo1A-T337I were obtained at both +100 mV and +60 mV, respectively, in the presence of 10 μM Ca2+. (B) The single-channel currents of dSlo1B and dSlo1B-I337T were obtained at both +100 mV and +60 mV, respectively, in the presence of 10 μM Ca2+. All the single-channel currents were filtered at 10 kHz. The solid lines labeled with “c” and “o” represent the closed and open levels, respectively. The mean open time constants of dSlo1A, dSlo1A-T337I, dSlo1B, and dSlo1B-I337T are, respectively, τopen = 0.09 ± 0.01 (n = 4), 0.32 ± 0.02 (n = 7), 4.36 ± 0.56 (n = 5), and 0.30 ± 0.07 (n = 4) at +100 mV.
