Levels of SLA-specific IgG, IgG1, and IgG2a in sera of BALB/c mice immunized s.c. three times in 3-week intervals with Lip-rLmSTI1-CpG ODN, Lip-rLmSTI1, rLmSTI1 plus CpG ODN in PBS, rLmSTI1 plus non-CpG ODN in PBS, empty liposomes, or PBS. Blood samples were collected from mice 3 weeks after the last booster (A) and 14 weeks after challenge (B). The SLA-specific IgG, IgG1, and IgG2a levels were assessed using an ELISA method.
