Mediator subunits coimmunoprecipitate with Mediator-Adr1 DBD fusion proteins. Coimmunoprecipitation was performed with strains with Myc-tagged Mediator-Adr1 DBD fusions and HA-tagged Mediator components (ECY13, ECY14, ECY15, and ECY16).
