MALDI-ToF MS of lipid A from LPS of P. gingivalis W50 and porR mutant strains. A-LPS (A), total LPS from P. gingivalis W50 (B), and LPS from the P. gingivalis porR mutant strain (C) were used to prepare lipid A as described in Materials and Methods.
