cDCs were incubated for 24 hours with 10 µg/ml MP, 10 µg/ml Pam₃CSK₄, 10 µg/ml pI:C, 1 µg/ml LPS, 10 µg/ml imiquimod, and 10 ug/ml CpG. Supernatants were collected and analyzed for TNF-α by ELISA. Data represent means±SEM of 4 independent experiments, each of which was performed in singlicate. p<0.001 comparing any TLR ligand alone with the TLR ligand plus MP by the two-tailed paired t-test.
