Receptor dimerization-independent activation of Stat6 in PV-treated L929 cells. L929 cells (lacking the γc chain) and NIH 3T3 cells (positive control) were treated with murine IL-4 (20 ng/ml) or PV (200 μM) for 30 min or left untreated.
