Recent use of cancer screening tests from the 1987, 1992, 2000, and 2003 National Health Interview Surveys. Percentages are standardized to the 2000 projected U.S. population by 5-year age groups. Recent Pap smear is measured within the last 3 years for ages 25+. Recent mammogram is measured within the last 2 years for ages 40+. Recent colorectal endoscopy (CRE) is measured within the last 3 years for ages 50+. Recent fecal occult blood testing (FOBT) is measured within the last year for ages 50+.
