Inhibition of [³H]PGE₁ binding to control platelets by IgG protein identified in SCI plasma. Control, non-SCI, washed platelets (2 × 10⁸ cells per ml) in Tyrode’s buffer, pH 7.4, containing 5 mM MgCl₂ were incubated for 3 hr at 37°C with increasing concentrations of the IgG protein.
