Intracellular transport of MHC class II molecules. Spleen cells were labeled with [³⁵S]methionine for 30 min at 37°C and chased with cold methionine for 0, 1, or 4 h at 37°C. A^b complexes were then immunoprecipitated with the Y3P mAb and analyzed by SDS/PAGE, with (B) or without (NB) prior dissociation at 95°C.
