Microglia were cultured with different doses of LPS and, at different time points, IL-23p19 mRNA expression was examined using real-time PCR. (A) Microglia were cultured with various concentrations of LPS (0, 0.01, 0.1, 0.5, and 1 µg/ml). After 24 h, p19 mRNA expression was determined by real-time PCR.
