Cells were stimulated with TPA (1 μM, 10 min), A23187 (5 μM, 10 sec, and 20 sec, respectively), UTP (1 mM, 10 sec and 20 sec, respectively), and NMDA (1 mM, 10 sec, and 20 sec, respectively).
