DNA sequences of 11 120-codon IgA and three IgM clones (901, 902, 1376) from RA Patient A using DP-63 (VH4.21), DXP’1 and JH4B. Plasmid mini preps of VH-D-JH-CHI rearrangements, amplified from RF+ synovial cells of Patient A using VH1f and CM1w or CA1w primers (Fig 3). The three IgM sequences are clones 901, 902 ad 1376.
