mAb C1.7‐induced, NK cell‐mediated cytotoxicity. YT cells were used as effector cells in standard 4 hr ⁵¹Cr release assays against (a) ⁵¹Cr‐labelled FcγR⁺ K562 target cells and (b) ⁵¹Cr‐labelled FcγR⁺ P815 target cells. Assays were performed in the presence of culture media alone (♦), or culture media with 20 U/ml IL‐2 (▪), or culture media with 20 U/ml IL‐2 and 200 ng/ml mAb C1.7 (▴) or culture media with 20 U/ml IL‐2 and 200 ng/ml isotype control mAb (×).
