(a) Amino acid sequences of synthetic P18IIIB analogue peptides used in the experiment. (b) BALB/c.3T3 cells were incubated with 3 µm of various P18IIIB analogue peptides in the presence or absence of the ACE inhibitor, captopril (400 µm) and used as target cells in CTL assay. LINE-IIIB cells were used as effector cells. Data are expressed as percent inhibition calculated from the percentage specific lysis of target cells in the absence of the inhibitor.
