Porcine thymocytes were stained with either mAb PPT27 or anti‐CD3 followed by PE‐anti‐mouse immunoglobulin and analysed using FCM for fluorescence intensity versus forward scatter (FSC). (b) The antigen comodulates with CD3. Porcine PBL coated with anti‐CD3 mAb PPT3 (IgG1) were cultured at 37° on the monolayer of cell line 16.2 CG7 (a mouse L‐cell line stably transfected with CD32) for up to 48 hr. Aliquots of the cells were taken at the time‐points indicated and were stained with a mixture of PPT27 (IgG2b) and PPT3, followed by a mixture of PE‐anti‐mouse IgG2b and FITC‐anti‐mouse IgG1, then analysed by FCM.
