Glycerol gradient sedimentation of sp pol δ. This step was carried out as described in Materials and Methods. (A) Glycerol gradient fractions were assayed for pol δ polymerase activity using the poly(dA):oligo(dT) assay. Aliquots (10 μl) of glycerol gradient fractions were subjected to Western blot analyses using polyclonal antibodies against the p125 subunit (B), Cdc1 (C), Cdc27 (D), and Cdm1 (E).
