(B) Alignment of the predicted Tcoi1 amino acid sequence with those of other UbiE-like C-MT family members. Sequences from A. thaliana (At1g23360), E. coli, and S. cerevisiae are compared. The alignments were generated from DNAStar MegAlign by using the PAM 250 table and the Jotun Hein method. The shaded residues match the consensus within two distance units.
