Immunization of B6 mice with RMA-S.B7–1 cells protects these mice from the outgrowth of RMA-S tumor cells. B6 mice were given 106 live RMA-S tumor cells after immunization with PBS (⋄), RMA-S (○), or RMA-S.B7–1 (⧫) cells.
