International Breast Cancer Study Group Trial 15–95 schema (A). Three hundred forty-four patients were randomised to receive either standard dose chemotherapy (AC or EC × 4 followed by CMF × 3) or dose-intensive EC × 3. All patients were assigned tamoxifen.
