The cells were exposed 72 h to [IC₇₅] of the drugs, either alone or in combination. These concentrations were: WiDr: 25 μM TFT, 10 μM OHP; H630: 10 μM TFT, 3.5 μM OHP and SW1116: 100 μM TFT, 10 μM OHP. Values (%) represent [apoptosis population]/[total cell population] and are expressed as means±s.e.m. (n=3). Compared to OHP alone: ^*P<0.05; ^**P<0.01 ((un)paired t-test).
