P53 and TS protein expression in p53 transfected colon cancer cell lines. Representative blot of at least three independent Western blotting analyses performed as described in the Material and Methods. WiDr cells (25 μg total protein) and TS control protein (1 ng) were used as positive controls for the expression of p53 and TS, respectively. Western blot data has already been published (Backus et al, 2003).
